Join us on March 21, Anal Cancer Awareness Day, for a very special workshop with thriver Jenny, who will lead us through a combination of writing exercises, guided meditations, and reflective tools, offering a compassionate space for you to explore your emotions, build resilience, and find peace.
Date: March 21
Time: 12pm EST, 4PM GMT
"Hearing the words, "You have cancer," can change everything in an instant. I vividly remember the shock of my own diagnosis. It felt like time stopped, and my future suddenly became uncertain. But even in the face of the most challenging time of my life, I knew I had to find a way through. While I couldn’t control what was happening to my body, I realised I could take control of the mental and emotional turmoil I was experiencing.
I wanted to feel empowered, even during the fear and uncertainty. Expressive writing gave me that outlet. It helped me focus, regain hope, and find strength and clarity. Through writing, I found a way to believe that I could get through it, and I did. Now, I want to share the same tools and techniques with you, so you, too, can find your inner peace and a sense of normalcy on your journey."
