Onward movie screen cinemaOn the evening of Friday, February 21, the San Francisco Bay Area anal cancer community came together at the Pixar Animation Studios campus to enjoy a pre-release screening of the new Disney Pixar film, Onward. Nearly 200 guests turned out in support of the Anal Cancer Foundation (ACF) and the UCSF Anal Neoplasia Clinic, Research and Education (ANCRE) Center.

The evening was important, educational, and impactful – and most of all it was FUN! Every hour someone in the United States is diagnosed with anal cancer. The evening raised awareness and support for the Anal Cancer Foundation and UCSF ANCRE Center to support research and provide urgent resources to patients, families, and the medical community to continue making progress against this disease.
