The CDC has recently published information on HPV-Associated Anal Cancer Rates by State.
"Rates are per 100,000 males or females and are age-adjusted to the 2000 U.S. standard population. Data are from population-based cancer registries that participate in the National Program of Cancer Registries and/or the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results Program, and meet criteria for high data quality. Data for some states are not shown because they had fewer than 16 cases during 2004–2008.Only squamous cell carcinomas are included for anal cancer. Rectal squamous cell carcinomas are included. All histological types were confirmed microscopically; definitions specified in Watson, 2008."
